The last boys’ varsity soccer game of the season was unfortunately canceled due to the bus not showing up at all. Players on the team were wondering where the bus was when it was supposed to arrive at 10 am. Many players were confused and worried thinking that they would not be able to play the last game or be late and forfeit. Unfortunately, this did happen as the bus didn’t come and the last game ended in a forfeit meaning that the other team Broadview Thompson k-8 won. The score for the team was 0W- 5L-1T. Players on our team felt annoyed because they couldn’t win a game for the whole entire season and couldn’t even play the last game. However, the assistant coach Mr. J held a soccer practice and then bought the team pizza to comfort them and make them feel better.
