The set design theme is Finding Nemo; the third, fourth and fifth-grade students volunteered to play as characters. The set design was made by middle school students who worked hard on making a beautiful set. It took them about 1 month to draw the props and background, including the shipwreck, coral, Sidney harbor painting, jellyfish, treasure chest, and the turtle shell.
3rd-5th grade student have been working hard on the script for over 3 months. Mr. Horner, our amazing art teacher, has been working hard with the students as well. He is very proud of how far these students come with their singing and acting.
There are about 3 dozen students who are a part of the yearbook class who split jobs and each student are doing different tasks as well as some students from different classes, and some parents, some of them are working on painting the background and the prop.
